Returns and exchanges: We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products and materials used to make them. Please feel free to contact us with any return questions.

Damaged or defective products: Please be sure to inspect your order as soon as you recieve us and contact us immediately (within 24-48 hours). If the item is damaged, defective or wrong please email us with a description of the damage as well as photos. If the item is damaged, photos will also be required of the shipping package. Items must be returned unused.

Lost or stolen orders: We cannot accept any responsibily for lost or stolen orders and shipments. Once your order has shipped, we will not refund or replace any lost or stolen shipments. 

Returned to sender: Customer needs to ensure they are entering the correct shipping address for their orders. Any packages returned to sender will only be re-shipped at the customers expense.

Island Girls Candle Co is not responsible for any orders left outside in the elements (heat, cold, rain, etc) for long periods of time.
